Cooking Class – Superfoods

Superfoods are an easy and enjoyable way of getting adequate high quality vitamins, minerals, fats and proteins. When incorporated into an already healthy diet they take our health to a whole new level.
Modern times are challenging our health more than ever. We can use these challenges as an inspiration to eat and live in a way that builds our strength. In order to do this we need to supercharge our system with nutrient dense foods.
These concentrated superfoods help us to move out of adequate health and strive for optimum health. In this state we are nutritionally supported to be the best that we can be and bring a zest for life into all areas of our lives.
This class will be a demonstration of how to prepare recipes with superfoods, and whilst we are prepping we will be sharing our knowledge of superfoods. We will make and sample at least 5 different recipes during the class. Some topics we will cover are:
-Superfoods – What they are and why we need them.
-Personalizing your superfood menu.
-How to incorporate them into your daily dishes.
