Without having to ask them, I received the official Gosh Cosmetics vegan makeup list from the Malta branch. It saved me from going through each vegan product on the Gosh Cosmetics website and switch tabs to write each product down. Unlike most cruelty-free brands in Malta, Gosh Cosmetics is certified cruelty-free by Peta. It is not yet 100% vegan but they are proud to say that they do have a selection of vegan-friendly products.
