Is Elizabeth Arden cruelty-free in 2021?

My only experience with Elizabeth Arden was when I bought one of their celebrity perfumes. At the time so I was happy as I could rebuy my favourite perfume. I did buy two more perfumes. However, some months later I was shocked to hear that it was no longer considered to be cruelty-free. Let’s understand together why it is no longer cruelty-free.
