Review: PUPA Hot Tropics Automatic Liner

It’s been a long time since I did my last blog post. The reason was that I had assignments, exams, etc. Then Summer arrived, I got a bit lazy and I was postponing my next blog post. Today, I’ll try to do an effort! 🙂

So, today I will be reviewing the Automatic Liner in 03 Caribbean Water Marine from PUPA Milano Summer 2012 Hot Tropics Collection (RP €8.65).

  • Pigmented
Colours on first application. I hate eyeliners that need re-applying and pressing to get the first mark.
  • Doesn’t smudge,  waterproof and long lasting
My eyeliners tend to smudge on the crease after a day on my eyelid. This didn’t happen with the automatic liner. I also tried washing my face while I had the eyeliner on and it didn’t wear off.
  • Can be applied on waterline
I tried applying it on the waterline and it worked too!
  • Inbuilt sharpener
Since it’s a twisted eyeliner, it is only needed to twist the black end of the pencil, pull out the inbuilt sharpener found at the same end, and sharp the point. The sharpener doesn’t have a blade, it’s entirely made of plastic.
  • Matches with dark brown eyesIn my opinion it matches with my dark brown eyes. What do you think?

  • Only summer colours available (no black)
Black is the eyeliner colour I usually use. Since I liked the product I would consider buying a black one if it existed, but then again I liked having a different shade for summer…
  • Limited edition
Although it’s a con, one can also see it as a pro as by the time the product finishes, one might want to buy the latest eyeliners.
