This post is a continuation of Juice Diary | Post-Easter Juicing : Day 4 which are posts my experience in following Jason Vale’s 5 day juice challenge.
Yesterday morning I didn’t see any change in my weight. I was still 52 kg. I still snacked and skipped 2 juices out of 4 as I was too busy doing housework.
Today is the last day of juicing and I need to prepare the following juices:
Juice 1: Sweet Beet Smoothie: 1 apple, 2 carrots, 1 bulb raw beetroot, 1 handful blackberries.
Juice 2: Pear and Parsnip: 1 apple, 2 pears, 1/2 lime, 4 sprigs mint, 1 parsnip.
What do you think will I still lose a kilo in the end?
