The Autumn 2019 Cruelty-free Kit was nearly all taken care of by my father. There were some painful parts like teaching my father how to take Instagram-friendly photos. On the whole, we managed. I wanted to visit Malta and take care of my usual duties. However, due to my upcoming unemployment and wedding expenses, my father offered to take over the tasks that needed my presence.
Let’s now move on to the Autumn 2019 Cruelty-free Kits content. Unlike the Summer one, for this kit, I did not manage to really do it Autumn themed. However, I did make sure to add one item from Catrice’s Autumn/Winter 2019 collection.
Argital 5 Days Cream (vegan, deluxe sample)
“With Potentilla extract and Green Clay gel. Alleviates the discomfort that many women suffer during the menstrual period. A natural remedy to relax and comfort during those 5 days of the month when the woman is particularly vulnerable.”
Hames Sensi – Organic World @hamessensi
Bioearth (vegan, 2 sachets)
“The Italian brand BIOEARTH represents the passion for the power of nature, carefully selected ingredients and sustainable production!”
Each kit should contain 2 sachets of hair products from this organic and vegan brand. Since they are in sachet form and since most hotels don’t stock up on cruelty-free and vegan toiletries, you might want to put them aside for your next travel.
Hames Sensi – Organic World @hamessensi
Bioearth TBS Anti-Age Face Cream (vegan, sachet)
“This soft-textured cream by Bioearth is rich in precious active ingredients that nourish, firm and counteract skin ageing. The cream plumps tired-looking and dull skin and provides renewed radiance.”
Hames Sensi – Organic World @hamessensi
Catrice Cosmetics (full-size)
Each kit has a different makeup product from Catrice’s Autumn 2019 collection. I chose the item depending on the list of prefered makeup you specified in the beauty profile. If you ticked that you wanted vegan, I made sure a vegan Catrice makeup product was added in your kit.
Essence Cosmetics (full-size)
Same as Catrice each kit had a different makeup product from Essence. This depends on what makeup products you ticked on the beauty profile. If you ticked that you wanted vegan products, I made sure that you were given a vegan Essence Cosmetics product.
Skin & Tonic (vegan, deluxe sample)
“A 100% natural cosmetics brand that incorporates no more than 7 ingredients to create sustainable, handmade products. Because Skin & Tonic believes that less is really more!”
This is a new organic skin care brand which I recently discovered. Each kit should have a different sample from this brand.
Balanced Lifestore @balanced_lifestore
Weleda Arnica Massage Oil (vegan, 2 sachets)
Whether you exercise a lot or, like me, sit all day at the office, the Weleda Arnica Message Oil is for you. My favourite products from Weleda have always been their toothpaste, bath oil and hand cream. Unfortunately, they don’t yet do samples of these. However, I am sure you will love this oil for Weleda. Now that the weather will be cold and skin-drying, this Weleda body oil will save the day.
You might have noticed that the samples found in the Autumn 2019 Cruelty-free kit happened to be nearly all made from organic ingredients. The exceptions are the Catrice and Essence full-sized products.
In case you haven’t tried this kit and are tempted to give it a try, you are in time for the Winter 2019 kit. Last order for the Winter 2019 kit is on my birthday November 16th, 2019. The reason being that I will need to tell companies, how many samples I would need in total and for which skin type etc before the Christmas shopping starts.
I would like to conclude this post by thanking the cruelty-free brands who collaborated for this kit and also the people who invested in such kit. Thank you for your continuous support. I created this kit to help both you the brand and you the consumer, so if you have any ideas or improvements do not hesitate to forward them to me. Thank you again.
Tell me, did you like this kit? What do you hope to find in the winter kit?
