Does Thalgo sell in Mainland China?
Yes, Thalgo sells in Mainland China. In their list of stockists, China is listed and they don’t mean Hong Kong as Hong Kong is listed and linked.
Are Thalgo products in Mainland China are cosmetics?
Only soaps and oral care products are not cosmetics in Mainland China. The rest is cosmetics and are at risk go through animal testing by the authorities without warning the company. Companies selling in Mainland China know this. However, they either think that the authorities would not need to confiscate their products and test them on animals, or they just don’t care. From what I know Thalgo does not sell soaps or oral care products, but they sell other skin and body care products. So yes, Thalgo sells cosmetics in Mainland China.
