Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel-Off Review

Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel-Off Review

Some weeks ago I have received the Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel-Off mask from Maltawarehouse.com to try it out and write or make a video about it on my blog. Since I have no experience with peel-off masks, I’ve decided to film my first experience of applying and peeling off this masks to help others, like me who have also never used a peel-off mask before.

Two obstacles were limiting me from doing this video. One is finding good lighting in my apartment, the other one was the weeks long cold that I am recovering from. Yesterday it was sunny here in Germany and my cold was better so I took the opportunity to film the Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel-Off mask demo.

Watch below my first experience with peel-off masks, you might find it funny. 🙂

Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel-Off Review & Demo Video Transcript

Hello Crueltyfreemalta! This is Fiona and today I will be trying out a product that I’ve received from MaltaWarehouse.com

It’s the first product that I’ve received, it’s the Passion Peel-Off from Montagne Jeunesse 7th Heaven.

It’s a peel-off mask, it’s cruelty-free certified by PETA and Cruelty Free International, and it’s also Vegetarian Society Approved. It’s vegetarian-friendly but I think it’s not vegan-friendly as it contains a milk ingredient.

I’ve never used a peel-off mask before, so I am going to try it out with you.

I haven’t applied make-up today apart from some eye products for the video and a lip balm.

The products that I have applied is this essence cosmetics eyebrow eye set which is also vegan and the Pupalash Mascara Energizer by Pupa Milano.

I don’t know if this product is discontinued but I like to use it as a treatment for my eyelashes, so that they grow, since I sometimes sleep with mascara on. I try to apply that mascara to help my lashes.

As lip balm, I’ve used this vegan lip balm from Crazy Rumors. It’s in Apple Spice which is good for Autumn and Winter since it has that apple pie kind of scent and taste.

Let’s start applying the mask!

Let’s start by opening the packet. There’s perforation so that you cut along it. I hope I am strong enough to cut it. I managed!

I need something pointy to open. I think it didn’t open as it should, I’ll try using the other perforation. I think it’s there just in case the other one doesn’t work. Yes here is ok, I am already seeing the liquid.

I brought my foundation brush by elf cosmetics. I like to use a foundation brush to apply masks instead of my fingers. I dip it, usually it ends up covering itself with the product.

Let’s start from here. I have to avoid the hairline, my eyes and my lips. If I apply it on my hairline, then I’ll end up “waxing” my hair, my head hair. Not a good idea. It might be a good idea for legs but not for my hairline.

It smells nice. Oops, my brush is starting to lose it’s hair.

What I like about using brushes is that I can spread it better. With fingers usually the mask remains on my fingers. I’ll try not to apply it on the hairline. That’s why I wore a headband.

I think I’ve put too much product on the brush this time. The instructions suggest to go under the jawbone.

I was supposed to this video last week but I couldn’t as I was very sick with a cold. I waited until the cold gets a bit better, so today I am a bit better. I still have the cold and I might cough during the video or become voiceless. Hopefully I am getting better, no more medicine.

I hope this is enough. I still have some left in the packet. I will keep it for another time. I think this should be enough.

So over 20 minutes have passed. As you might see, it’s already peeling off because I moved my face after it dried.

Let’s peel off! I’m supposed to peel it off from the jaw. Yeah it’s happening.

Ah! I feel better now, I can move better part of my face.

These peel-off masks remind me of “Mission Impossible”, where they change their face by peeling off the mask that they were wearing.

It’s peeling off and it’s supposed to pull out blackheads from your face. I do see stuff on the peeled of parts. It seems to be working.

Just some parts here and there, is what’s left. You will notice where because as soon as you move your face it creases.

As you could see I have removed most of the peel-off mask from my face. This is what I’ve peeled off. I will be removing what’s left with this Reusuable Cleansing Pad and water.

Thank you MaltaWarehouse.com for sending me this product. I’ve never used any products from Montagne Jeunesse before.
