Juice Diary | Post-Easter Juicing : Day 2

This post is a continuation of Juice Diary | Post-Easter Juicing : Day 1 which are posts my experience in following Jason Vale’s 5 day juice challenge.

Yesterday, as soon as I woke up, I weighed myself and my weight was 53.7 kg. Since I am currently taking a morning course, I managed to take 3 out of 4 juices which are the 10am one which I prepared and froze the night before, the 4pm and the 7pm ones which I prepared as soon as I arrived home. I also skipped the Ginger Shot to try not to disturb my neighbours at 8am.

Since there was a big gap between the juice of 10am and the juice of 4pm, I was getting hungry so I sinned and snacked on a handful of crisps. I also took a small slice of the pizza which I prepared for my boyfriend to see if the pizza dough recipe that I’ve tried tastes good enough. Therefore if by the end of the week I don’t loose the 2kg, it could be caused by the sins mentioned above :$

That was all about yesterday. With regards to today I need to prepare the following juices:

Juice 1: Veggie Power Smoothie: 2 apples, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful kale, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 stalk celery, 1/4 cucumber, 2 – 3 cm broccoli stem, 1/2 avocado.

Juice 2: Ruby Tuesday: 1/4 pineapple, 2 carrots, 1 bulb beetroot, 1 – 2 cm raw ginger, 4 sprigs fresh basil.
