Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

I am buying bananas for my smoothies. There are times that I don’t do the smoothies so the bananas that I had bought quickly ripen and have to throw them away. I don’t like throwing away food. Therefore I wanted to find something to help me prevent from throwing away any more bananas. Then I have remembered The Grassy Hopper’s vegan banana bread that I was having every morning when I was in Valletta.

So I looked up vegan banana bread recipes online but there was a lot to choose from. To narrow it down, I have asked other vegans in Malta for suggestions. I chose and modified one of the suggested recipes, which you can find below.

Thanks to your suggestions, I have managed to bake a #bananabread. 🍌 Last Friday I took some slices to share with my German classmates and they loved it. They were surprised to hear that it's #vegan and have asked me for a copy of the recipe. So during our lunch break, I wrote the recipe in German for them since not everyone in my class learned English. 🏫 The recipe is healthy but I modified it to make it even healthier… I think. I will share with you my modified version of the recipe that I have tried. 💪 Have you ever tried banana bread? Which one is your favorite recipe? #veganchallenge 🍞 TAGS: • • • • • #veganfood #veganfoodshare #healthyfood #whatveganseat #vegansofig #plantbased #healthyeating #veganfoodporn #vegetarian #healthylife #cleaneating #healthylifestyle #fitfood #healthychoices #veganism #govegan #vegansofinstagram #healthyliving #veganlife #eathealthy #breakfast #crueltyfree #veganlifestyle #weightloss #veganmalta #cleanfood #ikelmalta @ikelmalta
